Event Description
Sup dog? What are you doing this 4th of July? Because here at Hops & Grain we're COMPLETELY FREE! So in the spirit of freedom we're throwing another one of our famous shin-digs!The event will offficially start at 12:00 pm, tickets are $15 and for the first 125 people, that includes a special glass with 4 pours, an American Flag key chain and an all around good time! Hand Helds food trailer will be there (menu for the day can be seen below and it looks excellent) to serve up some all-american sliders and you better believe some American tunes will be pumping through the old speakers until we close! (God Bless The U.S.A. sing along, anyone?)
So grab a ticket, get a glass and have some beer and burgers, because AMERICA!
Hand Held's Menu for the day:
Early Burg- Juicy burger dusted with fresh ground coffee, over easy egg, home made bacon jelly $5.50
Backyard- Slow smoked brisket, fried mac-n-cheese, chef’s potato salad, pickles and original BBQ sauce $6.50
Star-Spangled Slider- Our pecan smoked pulled pork, slab of fresh juicy watermelon, homemade blue fried onions topped with our chunky fresh Texas peach chutney and a sprinkle of carbonated sugar $6.50
Calypso-Chef’s seasoned fresh sautéed scallops, seaweed salad, homemade pickled onions, fresh Texas peach chut- ney and our avocado sauce $7.50
Bellissimo-Balsamic grilled chicken, fresh cuts of mozzarella, fresh basil, lettuce, tomato $5.50
Green Piece-Fried Green Tomatoes, our pickled onions, over easy egg, lettuce, Chef’s avocado sauce. $5.50
Hen Reaper-HOT HOT HOT-Grilled chicken, melted cheddar, bacon jelly, grilled jalapeno’s, lettuce, tomato, smoth- ered in Carolina Reaper Pepper sauce- $5.50 WARNING-Carolina Reaper Peppers are the HOTTEST peppers on the planet. A waiver must be signed upon ordering this slider
Ol’ Faithful- Juicy cheese burger, lettuce, tomato, homemade pickles $4.50
